Mrs. LalithaBalakrishnan is a Chartered Accountant with over 35 years in various industries viz., engineering, petrochemicals, sugar, BPO and software companies. She started her career with the firm of Chartered Accountants, A.F.Ferguson& Co. in 1980 and moved to engineering industry. She worked with sugar and petro chemical industries subsequently from 1990-96. She later worked with a multinational joint venture in India in the petro chemical industry as head of finance and information technology. She joined Sword Global India Private Limited, subsidiary of Sword Group, France in 2005 and is its CFO. She is managing finance, accounting, compliance and controlling functions in the company. She is a director in Sword Global India Private Limited. |

Mr. V Ramesh is the Managing Director of the Company. He has been associated with Murugappa Group since 2006 as Sr. VP - Finance (CFO) of Carborundum Universal Limited and with the Company since April 2014. He started his career as a Management Accountant with Mukand Iron and Steel. After three years, he moved to Hindustan Unilever Ltd in 1982, a company he served for two decades mainly in the Finance and Commercial functions. In the intervening period he worked in TVS Finance & Services Limited. He is a B Com and an ICWA. He completed his post-graduation in Management (PGDM) from IIM-Bangalore. |
